Enchantée. A wink and a nod to the french author and woman of letters Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette (known mononymously as Colette) at my core, I am a storyteller. Like the Parisian provocateur, I have had a lifelong love affair with language.

However, before words, I believe all stories start (and end) with the simplicity of breath. I have been studying the languages of the body and esoteric knowledge, somatic and spiritual work for the past decade, while guiding others in this practice for over 5 of those years. My offerings have developed through many years of experience with breathwork, reiki, voice and movement training, somatic education, ancestral/ relational healing, and a devotional practice in Tantra. I believe in constant metamorphosis and that nothing is ever fixed, that life is pure dynamism. This dynamism reflects in my personality as well. I am a capital “R” romantic and often described as an old soul. I am also adventurous and, at times, a bit of hedonist. But le pleasure is foundational to our health and happiness, non?

 When I am away from my temple practice, you can find me taking in David Lynch or Hitchock films or with my nose in a notebook, creating a world of my own. Merging my love of storytelling with my passion for the Holistic Decadent Arts, I seek to curate a ritualistic experience that is deep, playful and explorative of all forms of sensory pleasure. I am gourmande and curious about the human heart, till the very end.
